Can I get some feedback on these mixes?

My band is starting to get some 1st mixes of a CD we recorded. I posted a couple and I'd really like to get some feedback on them.

For instance: do the vocals sit well in the mix and are they too dry? Do you like the snare sound? And is the instrumentation a bit muddy on All Gone?

Those are some of the things the band is thinking about these mixes. I'm interested in anything you all might have to say about them. We need all the feedback we can get to pass on to the mixing engineer.

    Thanks for listening.

Well I'm no studiophile but I'll say 2 things based on the All Gone listen.

    1) It doesn't get any better than that.

    2) Best rock music I've heard this side of the 1970's...thx for posting.

Sounds great! Nice mix and I like the arrangements.

I've forgotten the story behind the name but it works.

    Thanks for sharing.

Kick drum is very lost, needs overall more punch and some upper "smack". Bass guitar has no definition or punch. Just kind of washed. Are you mixing with a heavy sub-woofer? be careful with that.
BTW, I am listening on a $1500 pair of Audix Studio Monitors.

    Hope this is helpful.

    Peace,
