Can I play a bass through a Tech 21 Trademark 30 not too loud safely?

I'm meeting up w/ friends on Friday and they've asked me to play bass. I bought a cheap bass amp on ebay but the seller hasn't shipped it yet. :(

I have a Trademark 30, an old little Vox combo (tube in preamp, SS power), and a Fishman Acoustic Amp.

I'm thinking the TM 30 would get me some volume. Not going to be playing loud.

How likely is it I'd blow the speaker up using it or one of the other options?

The Fishman acoustic amp may hold better and sound better, Is it the loudbox? I use it in my temporary apt as my stereo as well and it can hold to full range music very well as well as my electric bass. EQ to cut through so if you have to boost boost the the midrange and do not pump the bass from the bass guitar or in the amp. Avoid slapping or bass chords and if it is acoustic or quite you may be okay.

It should be fine unless you play really loud, then you might blow out the speaker -- those are easy to replace however.

I wouldn't recommend it. It's a small low wattage open back combo. The acoustic amp will probably work better for that application.
