Feedback on what's the place for the capo on electric guitar.

I have been struggling with my standard Dunlop clip capo.

I place it directly between the frets. For example, if capo at the 3rd fret, I place the capo directly between the 2nd and 3rd.

Problem comes when bending. Strings move under the capo and then out of correct pitch.

Is there a stronger capo, better placement, or what?

Try placing it nearer the fret (ie 3rd fret in that case).
If the strings still move under the capo, then you need a stronger capo.

The bending with capo part is easy. When do my Albert Collins impersonation the hard part is walking through the crowd, out to the parking lot and back, with my 200 foot guitar cord. That takes practice.
