I did a demo recently for a new cover/original project of mine and used my Carol Ann Tucana 1-12 combo for all the guitar parts (and Les Paul Standard). I don't see alot of "rock" clips with these amps so I thought it might be cool for people to hear it in another context. I recorded everything myself in my home protools studio with either a SM57 or Sen E609, its a 1-12 combo with an EV and it was at a reasonable volume since the neighbors would freak if I cranked it. Anyways this demo was not to highlight any sort of guitar playing but to get us work and to mostly focus on the vocals, but here it is anyways ...

    Hey Jim -

Nice job. I love music played with attitude - the guitar sounds nice and edgy in all the cuts.

    I dug it.

    Thanks, Dana O.

This is so true about the amp. When we made clips for my store, we didn't have to fiddle with mic placement at all. We basically stuck it in the middle of the edge and cone of the EV and went for it and it sounds huge even at low volumes. Alan has done splendid job with the amp:drool

The lyrics/melody sounds very familiar. Is that an original tune? It kind of reminds of something I can't quite put my finger on.
