I just bought a Les Paul Jr., and I need a case for it. Can you guys point me in the right direction for a decent quality case that won't break the bank?

I'd prefer not to spend more than $100 but I can. Although, I want to spend as little as possible.:rotflmao

    I appreciate the help.

Just went through this. There are some cases on ebay, but generally they will be vintage and $$$$. TKL has 2 models specifically for Juniors, 8824 and 7824. The consensus seems to be that although the 8824 is more money it's a much nicer case and worth it. Either way neither is available, they are both perpetually backordered.

A place called Cases and more sells the 8824 for $138.99, but it appears to be a special order with 8 weeks delivery time - http://www.casesandmore.com/TKL-Cases-TKL-8824-WK1420.html

A regular Les Paul case is a bit too big, but you can add towels, etc. to make it up. That's my current method.:bonk

Well, I've been doing research and those are what I'm coming up with. I'm hoping for a cheaper one.

That is what I did for a LP Special that I had. Put a small hand towel under the guitar to make it sit up correctly for the case neck brace.

It was a Gator case and I've still got it and would be willing to sell it if you are interested.

TKL makes a case for Ibanez for their ART models. They are a perfect fit for the Gibson LP junior guitars. The guitar sits perfectly flat in the case without any weird angle at the neck supports and the contours are perfect so no towels etc are needed. It has an Ibanez screen print on the outside of the case but that can be covered or removed with thinner should you want to.

This case is perfect fitting and these guys have it on sale so it's close to that $100.

My LP Special came with the proper Gibson case for it. You might be able to find a used case.

I got a LP case from MF for $50 bucks. Wiggles a little, but the quality is not bad.

I had one of these SKB cases for my last Junior & was very happy with it. I guess it was a prior version of this same model, which seems to have been upgraded a little since. They used to be around $100, but now have gone up a bit.

This TKL looks an awful lot like the Gibson case I have with my current Historic Junior:

Got a new Epiphone LP case for my Junior at SA for around $89. Great case, nice fit, no issues. The important thing is that the headstock hovers without touching the bottom of the case.
