Had to send my Belle Epoch because I managed to break the gain trim pot. Can't believe how fast I got it back. Super to deal with. Thanks Mike and crew!

Yep, they're great. I bought a Belle Epoch used/third party and it developed some nasty distortion in the delay signal, I reached out to them and they repaired it for no charge. That's pretty cool considering I didn't buy the pedal via retail.

Same here - fried an IC (static shock I think...darn cold/dry up here this winter) after buying a Monte off Reverb. Sent it in and they had it back in under a week free of charge. Diggin' on the Belle Epoch I just picked up too.

They said they would take a week to turn the pedal around, but they didn't say they would hold onto it for three weeks before working on the pedal.

Pedal comes back with the exact same problem it went in with. 4 weeks to do nothing? Pretty lame…

I'm now sort of scared off from the new Talisman, which is my dream reverb pedal. It could have the same problems and then I would possibly have two $200 pedals that I can't really use.

Hey there, Frisco - I'm not sure who you are based off a user name, but if you shoot me an email at the address in my sig I'll look into what happened with your situation when I get into the shop later this AM. If your pedal still isn't working properly, we want to remedy that.

I have never been a "brand" kinda pedal owner, but now that I just got my second Catalinbread, I see nothing but CBs on the horizon. Glad to see this thread, since I will be investing heavily into this company's products.

It is almost scary knowing that they keep pumping out more awesomeness.
