Catalinbread DLS Ver. 2 which internal setting do you prefer?

For those of you with the Ver. 2 DLS which internal setting are you using?

I've got a DLS Ver. 1 (purchased right here in the Emporium thanks bonchie123), but have ordered a 5000pf CAP to do the MOD & bring it up to Ver. 2.

Obviously mine won't be switchable but I was wondering which setting most are choosing seeing you've got the choice between the two.

Man I had a time finding that darn CAP but PPP ending up having them plus a bunch of other parts as well.

Their running a 10% off sale right now as well. Hmmmm....e

I prefer the original setting and that is what I use in my Ver. 2.

Yeah it depends a lot on which amp your running it with.

I will say though the DLS is an very nice pedal indeed. I think I'll be checking out a few of their other pedals as well.

Anyone have any recommendations or what other Catalinbread Pedals that they like & really deliver the goods like the DLS does?

what does v.2 do to the pedal. I have v.1 and like it. Does it make it brighter

great vid, but doesn't touch the 'rawk' setting, which is where mine lives its a great pedal.

Ditto with the V2 in V1 mode at 18v rock mode here.

Well, hells bells.

Though I like the V2 setting the V1 is nice especially when loaded with other pedals (which is a no brainer with a pedal such as this). V1 is much more subtle & articulate though V2 is great for banging out those chords.

I think I'm going to install a mini toggle on top of the pedal so I can go back 'n forth between the two.

Should be a fun project!
