looking for a 'readable' copy of the cbs version of a champ. The only ones I can find are low resolution and the resistor/capacitor values are not legible.

    thnx...

Which part value do you need?

I am trying to determine the differences between black face and cbs and the '73-84 era that are marked just 'champ' and not champ-amp. I have one from each SF era...

I had read that the circuit was unchanged from 64 - 82, but that appears to be incorrect.

Specifically, the value of the resistors at input look like 68k, 68k and 1M. (obviously just learning about this stuff and not a seasoned tech)

I have a full set of high-resolution Fender CBS schematics at home (in PDF format). I'll send you the Champ schematic later tonight.

Those are the correct values for the inputs.

I've been rehabbing my SF Champ and would love to see a readable version of that if you could, please! I can never read the voltages on the ones I find on the net, just the earlier aa764 schematic, which is different.

Awesome, thanks! Looks like most of my voltages are under their listings....no zeners needed. :)
