    Always enjoyed this tune. Anyone else think that it was something of a musical homage to the 50s early rock n roll acts?

    Well, being that Fantasy and CCR got sued by the owners of Little Richard's copyrights, I'd say it was perhaps seen as a bit more than an mere homage.

    Of course, CCR and thousands of other writers who did blues progressions with a straight-4 beat can't really be blamed. It wasn't a form original or unique to Little Richard, either.

    My hardcore punk band covered that one, it went over REALLY well.

    I damn near ruined my vocal cords singing (screaming) that song. But, it was a lot of fun.
