Celestion G12H30: regular version vs heritage/anniversary?

    Those two are in fact the 30 watter's being offered by Celestion. Some confuse the V30(60+watts) as a 30 but the Heritage and Anni, although specialized, are standard and not limited as their titles imply.

    The main difference is that the Anniversary model is the 75hz "guitar" cone, and the Heritage is the 55hz "bass" cone. Other than that, the newer Anniversary's are made in China and the Heritage is made in England.

    The locale of production doesn't matter much in terms of tone, but the fact the Heritage H Greenie is back-designed to its original specs and should be indistinguishable from the speaker in its original form - well, at least by Eric Johnson's standard and that I think would have some bearing. ;)
