I'm thinking of getting a Ceriatone Overdrive Special, and was wondering how the clean channel sounds. I listened to the Ceriatone sound clips, You tube clips, and member clips. Most of them are on the overdrive channel which sound great, but I'm looking for owner/user experience
    on the cleans.
    Thanks

it goes after the tweed bassman sound, but IMO it lacks the sparkle, spank and authority of any good Fender. the more I read, the more I see people saying the same is true of all the dumble style amps

I like mine just fine. Pretty versatile amp. Doesn't get the sparkly spank with the tele without some adjustment, but that isn't what I wanted when I bought it. If that is the tone you are looking for, you might look elsewhere.

I second checking with with Zucker's demo vids. He has at least 4 up on his youtube site. Here:

the dumble amps have a great clean tone. Not as much sparkle as a fender but it's a compromise in order to get a better lead tone.
