What effect does changing the drive pot in an overdrive have on the sound?
I'm looking to have less gain and less treble in my FD2. would changing the pot to a 250k instead of a 500k... or putting a resistor on the pot help?

    Thanks!

It should make the taper slower, so you should get more fine-tunability in your gain control, at the cost of overall potential gain...I think.:bonk

Thanks! What size resistor do I need to reduce it down to the 250k - 300k range?
