Charlie Peacock, (Civil Wars) new CD and tour

OK, so I tossed the Civil Wars in there to grab some attention, but Charlie does produce the Civil Wars. And a bunch of other folks. He also produced the first couple of Switchfoot albums.

Charlie is an artist in his own right and his new CD, No Man's Land, was released Tuesday. Here's a clip of the first single:

The credits read like a who's who: Jeff Coffin (from Dave Matthews Band) on tenor sax, Jerry McPherson on electric, Andy Leftwitch (Ricky Skaggs' band) on mandolin and violin and many others.

It's Americana, based on family stories.

Saw him and his band tear it down at 3rd and Lindsley in Nashville on Tuesday. Great, great stuff.

Love it's rootsy vibe, he's always had delicious songwriting, can't wait to listen more deeply!
