I worked as a page designer and copy editor at a metro daily for years and got laid off at the beginning of the recession. Most of my friends stuck with the industry but I know a lot of folks that went the way I did and transitioned to technical writing. Theres a lot of that type of work and most smart companies know spellcheck cant replace editors, especially if their industry is regulated.

Can anyone post the masthead for the magazine?

Sorry if this was mentioned before but given the number of knobs and toggles will there be expression pedal (or better yet) cv control?
Or at least remote way to trigger the footswitches?

Expression pedal and cv control: check!
Remote footswitching definitely over Midi, maybe something else too.

Those are the Chase Bliss basics. Without those the Blooper would be next to useless for me.

I just came here to say I attended a blooper demo by Joel and Knobs today, and it will blow your minds.

    That's all. :D

Think Barefoot buttons can make something so I can easily kick those new switches? J/K, that's why the 80s invented Midi.

I've been thinking about 3d printing extensions you can glue to them.

So...I did not read through 17 pages of comments about this pedal...but have watched every available demo along the way towards it's final release...and would just like to ask if anyone has heard anything from this pedal that sounds more "musical". This isn't a judgment of what people are playing on it so far...it's just that everything I've heard sounds incredibly experimental. (a'la a Knobs video). I don't play experimental ambient music at all, and I'm just wondering if there is a place for me in the Blooper community. (again, no judgments of what has been played on it so far...everyone involved with the pedal is at the top of their game, and incredibly creative)

I think that your only limitation would be your imagination. You could easily stick to guide tones of each chord and not get carried away with pitch bending.

Looks like the ideal looper to have near the beginning of the chain, for me. The Infinity can stay at the end capturing and pitching down everything else. I've made and saved a space for one!

At its heart it’s a basic looper. They’ve been showcasing what takes it above and beyond your bog-standard looper though. I’m personally interested in the faux-tape loop fade out degradation filters. I can’t think of any other looper on the market that allows you to load different algorithms that effect the looped sounds like the Blooper. I wonder if they’ll let users develop and upload different loop effects to a website somewhere to share with other Bloopers.

In fact, if that’s not an idea already, it should be @chaseblissaudio
