https://expeditionelectronics.com/Index/Product/index A slight highjack, but props to another new looper / delay: the Expedition Electronics 60 Second Delay, based on the EHX 16 Second Delay and Robert Fripp's loop / delay system called Frippertronics. The reason that I am posting here is the 60 Second Delay seems to have some of the same functionality as Blooper. I got mine a few weeks ago and only had a few minutes to play with it, but it was extremely fun. It doesn't have the same icy sheen that the Blooper seems to have, which reminds me of the Cooper FX Outward. Practically speaking, if you couple the 60 Second Delay or Blooper with Ableton Live, I think that is the key for creating music... melodic songs, vs. useless wash. It's a different kind of experimental jam-based composition, but we have gotten great results from playing around with effects and instruments, recording in Ableton and using loops and chunks as the springboard for new sonic worlds that we wouldn't play if we were in a conventional band situation.
