Includes original wooden box. Perfect working order, good cosmetic shape... cleanly applied Velcro on bottom, a few small chips in the paint (nothing major), and the mix knob is slightly tweaked/lopsided (like that when I bought it used 2 years ago... 100% functional and stable). Awesome, chewy, discontinued tones to be had here...vibrato, chorus, preamp, tremolo, volume, and Leslie can all be coaxed from this box of wonder!
