I picked up a Fender Deluxe Reverb Reissue the other day and didn't do much with it until today. I decided to look at the tubes to see what was in it.

I am not an expert on tubes, so would you tube guys mind taking a look and telling me what I have and how good/not good they are?

Bottom two pics are the same tubes, just trying to get a different angle.

Raytheon (or other US) 5U4GB and 2 GE 6V6GT's. All good tubes IF they're in good condition.

Left to right (preamp tubes). GE 12AT7, 2 Russian 12AX7s (Sovtek), RCA 12AT7, 2 Russian 12AX7s.

GE and RCA good, Russian 12AX7s not so good.

Enjoy your new amp!

The National is definitely a Tungsram ECC83 and the silver plates 7025 are russian tubes - maybe someone else will help for the US made ones.

Dude, those are the tubes that came in the amp you posted about in the other thread? Assuming they're good, just change the speaker, clip one end of the bright cap (you don't need to unsolder it) lose the Russian tubes and you're all set! :aok
