What is the cheapest straps with good quality, metal buckles etc. for little money? Is the plain black seatbelt strap from couchstraps the answer?

I thought they were pretty expensive based on pictures on the internet. Bought one, when I got to touch and smell it for myself, I realised how amazingly well made they are.
