So a few weeks back I bought a new Mission VM-1 volume pedal from CME. after about 2 weeks on my board the pedal began to malfunction last night on a gig. I emailed Mission asking about their warranty and they told me to call the place I bought it from. So I called CME today and spoke with their customer service rep about getting a new VM-1. He said they were out of stock and wouldn't be in for a few weeks, so I asked about moving up to the VM-Pro, they had one and the rep told me he would ship it out tomorrow and THEY WOULD COVER THE DIFFERENCE IN COST! I was pretty excited about that. They went out of their way to make sure a customer was happy with their purchase even though it wasn't their product. Ill be shopping with CME from now on.
