Chicago Music Exchange just earned a life long customer

    So a few weeks back I bought a new Mission VM-1 volume pedal from CME. after about 2 weeks on my board the pedal began to malfunction last night on a gig. I emailed Mission asking about their warranty and they told me to call the place I bought it from. So I called CME today and spoke with their customer service rep about getting a new VM-1. He said they were out of stock and wouldn't be in for a few weeks, so I asked about moving up to the VM-Pro, they had one and the rep told me he would ship it out tomorrow and THEY WOULD COVER THE DIFFERENCE IN COST! :eeks I was pretty excited about that. They went out of their way to make sure a customer was happy with their purchase even though it wasn't their product.

    Ill be shopping with CME from now on.

    That's good to hear, as the previous owner of that store was a two-bit thief and jerk.
