    Three floors a day? Hell no...it's usually 1-2 a week...

    The Hilton palacio del Rio was built modulerly in1968 in 200 working days.

    It was ready for occupancy immediately as all rooms were pre-furnished.

    It's 21 stories and hasn't fallen in the river.
