Be cool if someone records it and throws it up on YouTube... I'm on my way to chile now and I won't get to see it. Thanks in advance if that's possible...

the new record is a different direction (certainly chris wanted to stir things up by doing so) but that has little to do with the live shows which are going very well.

meh. undermixed the hell outta my guitar on this show. I'm less than impressed

interesting to get this perspective- 3 different tv shows over the last couple weeks:

Leno:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bqVDDbqg06M

Kimmel:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fYxLPKYuVGw

Carson Daly:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NS25OjK7YnU

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NS25OjK7YnU

at the mercy of some guy in a sound booth that you usually never meet (Charlie from the Tonight Show being the exception- he's great and really cool about you going in and listening to soundcheck and giving him feedback on the mix).

Awesome job playing those tunes. It's sounding really good.

Very cool that you take the time to post here! Great to get actual feedback from one of the band members regarding the mix. Sadly I have to agree, I couldn't hear your guitar at all.

Cool gig for you sinasl1, but makes me very sad, though it does make me cherish my memories of seeing Soundgarten SOOOOO much more!

Not a fan of his new stuff, but it's alway nice getting to see Pete rock out. Chris's new look did remind me of a white snoop dog. lol

I too stayed up to watch carson daly last night. Now, I'm watching Live in Cuba - I liked soundgarden back then and audioslave (cool when they do SG tunes) So, I guess I'm a CC fan.

I could hear your guitar (on TV spkrs!) Your fill on the 2nd tune reminded me (though it is different - don't get me wrong) of the similar texture in comfortably numb. Except for that part, I did have to listen for it. I'm sure many TGP'rs would have preferred you more forward in the mix -you know, alliance of tone snobs.

Pretty cool overall... how'd you get that gig anyway? super sweet!

Saw the Carson Daly show last night and could hardly hear the guitar. The other shows from the clips posted sound much better then what was on my tube yesterday.

I gotta see you guys live!
