Hi all, I've moved towards the more cinematic orchestral genre of soundtrack scoring of late, and thought that this would be a good place to collate/share some of my work. I hope you like what you hear, and of course feedback is more than welcome.

For starters, this track is entitled "Language Of The Stars" and has been generously uploaded by Real Trailer Music.

    Enjoy :)

Would you be willing to share which tools you used to create these tracks?

For sure. All of these tracks were made in Logic Pro X. My virtual instruments of choice come from Kontakt (Native Instruments). Sample libraries are far and varied as Kontakt has tons of libraries out there. Do let me know if there's anything else you'd like to know.

I assumed Kontakt was involved. Id actually be interested in knowing what libraries were used, especially for piano, strings, horns, and drums.

I listened to the entire album and enjoyed it.

    Ah alright! Thank you :).

Basically drums was a mish mash of drums from multiple libraries put into a custom kit. Drums from Sinfonia Drums, Metal Drums(? is that what it's called. Metal insane or smth), and finally metallic cinematic "BOOMs" from Heavocity's Gravity Impact.

Piano (stock piano library from Logic Pro X 10.2 - Yamaha Grand, with all preset effects removed + valhalla reverb and fab filter EQ applied). This was pretty much the stock piano sound throughout.

Strings was a mix of London Solo Viola and Spitfire Audio strings.

Horns was mainly sounds from the Cinematic Brass (Cine-brass?) pack :)
Synth sounds came literally from all over the place, some from Logic's stock, some from Heavocity Natural Forces.

Let me know if you've got other questions!

Hey guys, I'm happy to share that another track of mine from the project has been uploaded by Music Supremacy onto their YouTube page. This song is entitled Nature's Waltz and is more cinematic than "epic"

    Happy listening!

Checking out your Spotify profile now....very cool!

I'd actually misread your post and thought you were another music outfit that I'm fond who literally call themselves Cinematic Orchestra but I'm happy I found your music none the less. Best of luck with everything!

Just now stumbling onto this thread and gave everything a listen. I've been making the switch into composing for my musical output as well since my background is in photo/film so it's always inspiring to see others out there working. Congrats on the successes and I hope that there are many more to come!

Hey all, thought I'd share a new composition today. Once again, it's in the soundtrack/epic genre of music. It's entitled "Fallen Star" and aims to evoke a dramatic sense of urgency, suspense and tension while still retaining a notable melody throughout the entire track :)

Once again, any feedback is more than welcome!
