Hi all...this is my first clip posted here...just thought I'd share.

I was just fiddling around today with my newly aquired Peters amp.
This is the Halo (clean) channel with the preamp wide open, with a Varidrive (tube overdive pedal) in front.
I'm really liking this setup for AC/DC, Stone Temple Pilots, Led Zeppelin....type of playing.

Thanks for checking the clip out guys...I know Peters clips are kinda rare, that's why I'm spreading them around, I think it's a great amp.

Speed_Racer71 thanks for the attention, I feel better. :D

    Sounds pretty bloody good Randy,
Which 2nd channel do you have on your Peters?? They sound like very cool amps indeed and it`s a great idea being able to choose your combination of channels.

I`ve allways enjoyed your clips from HC and this one is no exception.

Thanks gooma...the second channel I have is the Gryphon...it reminds me a bit of my old Super Lead with alot more gain on tap...though it's tighter than a Super Lead...it remains quite focused even with alot of gain.

Wow, that amp sounds like it's about to explode.

Fantastic tone! I love how gutsy and gritty it is.. I'll bet you can feel it right in your stomach.

Ok, I went and checked out the Peters site. I am GASsing hard for an EL34 50-watt with Halo and Warhawk channels now.

Some of the best clips I've heard from any amp - right up there with the Splawn and /13 stuff in terms of recording-friendliness.

I love the feel/tone of power tube grind/growl...with this setup, I can get that kind of sound at almost any volume.
When it's cranked up it's heavenly...the Peters head is only 50 watts, but it's a very robust 50 watts. It feels almost like a 100 watt head...it shakes stuff in the room. :D

i think the tones are outstanding...........talk about fat sounding......just one question, was your guitar a tad out of tune, some of the chords soundly slighty outta tune to my ears ?

Thanks...I tuned up before making the clip...I wonder if my guitar's intonation is a little out.

Well 1st off, great tone & playing!!!

2nd....I simply can't pass up the easy jokes that are right in front of us...

    1. We all wish our Peters sounded that good.
    2. How much time do you spend tweaking your Peters?
    3. Do you let other guitarists practice licks on your Peters?

I'm sure there are more. Forgive me.

    Carry on......

    hey randy,
here's a clip of the JP10 on the #2 voicing.

    www.mylesloud.com/myles41.mp3

amazing amp, just wish i could foot switch between voicings, but it's really not made for that. smokin' amp, very articulate, sensitive to volume roll off, very cool!!
