I can't wait for the new album. I've bought everything they've released and they have been my #1 band for years now.
Clutch is criminally underrated and have been continuing the great tradition of guitar and groove driven rock. If you saw Mastadon on the current tour, I hope you didn't sleep on these guys

I thought this was gonna be a thread about how overused the term "criminally underrated" is.

I only own Earth Rocker but I love it. What's the next album of theirs I should absolutely get?

Yeah, Criminally Underrated is a criminally overrated term around here hahaha, so I changed the title.

If I were to list my favorite Clutch albums in order:
    Blast Tyrant
    Elephant Riders
    Earth Rocker
    Robot Hive/Exodus
    Clutch
    Strange Cousins from the West
    Pure Rock Fury
    From Beale Street to Oblivion
    Jam Room
    Transcontinental Speedway

I would buy them in that order if you love Earth Rocker. My favorites order from their straight rock albums to their more experimental workings.

I love blast tyrant, but Transnational is what got me into them. I like Clutch a lot-but these both tend to be toward the bottom for most other people.

Really hard for me to pick!

Dragonfly off from Elephant Riders has to be THE song that made me want to check them out.

Indeed! Saw them at Central Park last week with Mastodon, and they were great. Loud as hell, but clean and precise. Neil sounded awesome and owned the stage. Can't wait for the new CD and to see them again!

I really like the guitar riffs on their self titled album. What other albums would I enjoy?

    +1 for Blast Tyrant.
most of their records are good with a few highlight gems. but Blast Tyrant is solid from start to finish, imo.

    great live band.

some of my favorite tracks from them:
    Struck Down
    Burning Beard
    10001110101
    Willie Nelson
    Guild of Mute Assassins

Huge Clutch fan! Just saw them again with Mastodon. The kings of riff rockers. For those asking which album to check out I would suggest Blast Tyrant. Take one listen to Mob Goes Wild and if you don't like it somethings not right in your head.
