    SOLD. Thanks, Dominick!

This is the best Les Paul-style guitar I've ever played, much less owned, but I'm simply not an LP guy. On offer is a 2014 Collings City Limits with a wonderful tobacco burst top, Throbak ER Custom pickups, and a Collings G&G case. Condition is VG/VG-. Lots of the usual swirling in the nitro, very slight fretwear in the cowboy chords area, light tarnish on the pickups. One minor dent on the neck around the 12th fret, a worn bit of finish on the underside of the neck, and an odd streak of pink paint on the case (all pictured and all from a previous owner). Just a killer instrument, as Collings's always are!

Will sell for $SOLD shipped and Paypaled in the CONUS only please. Trade value higher. As for possible trades, I'd be interested in a Knaggs Kenai or Severn (but no crazy double purfs please); a Collings Soco; a PRS McCarty (not 594), HB1 or 2, core CU22, or Private Stock DGT. Cash to you or to me as appropriate. I've got the Tele, Strat, amp, and acoustic bases covered and have no need for a LP. Thanks!

What is the neck like on this one? Do you have the depth at the 1st and 12th fret? I've got a PRS Mccarty Korina Brazilian soapbar, if that would interest you.

I don’t have calipers (probably should pick up some) but the neck is on the beefy side, C shaped, VERY playable.

I have a McCarty as well as a couple Collings CLs. The necks are very similar. Both are a touch smaller than my Gibson R5, but akin to a Gibson 50's neck.

    Specs on the Collings are:
    1-11/16" nut
    .86 at 1st fret
    .96 at 9th fret
    1.01 at 12th fret

Great deal here. I already have 3 CLs, two with Throbaks or else I would be all over this. Anyone looking for a great guitar at a great price, this is it.
