Hi everyone, I'm looking for a PC friendly drum machine where I can do the work on the drum machine then easily transfer the file to the PC. Pardon my ignorance on this, but any suggestions?

    Thanks very much

Ok, should anyone be interested, I've found that the Alesis SR18 can be connected via a cable which has to be bought separately for about 30 quid!!!

They're all able to be connected easily, all can transfer midi or be recorded to the computer. But some integrate into the computer, like NI's Maschine. It's really killer, and the Alesis has been around forever, the sounds are a little old.

Thanks a million for the reply, I've just been checking out the Maschine and seems like a great piece of kit. More than I had hoped to spend, but offers a lot. Thanks again.
