Converting a strat neck pocket to a tele

I know this can be done but does anyone have experience doing it? It looks to me like the ends would need to be leveled to where the center is but is there more to it then that?

easier to do it the other way (round off corners of tele neck heel) -- Unless you think this might not be a match made in heaven and you might be switching that neck back to a tele body.

Nothing to it. Using a dremel drum or preferably a router. Just take the radius to straight. You have to do the pickguard as well. If you want to go back to a strat neck, it will fit and a new pickguard will cover the crime. Good luck on your project,

also depending on the finish on your body, many are very brittle, messing with the pocket can mean a big chunk of finish flaking off....
