TRex effects had under glass (release Fall 2015) a tape echo unit in pedal format that looks very promising. It's called the Replicator and has a tape cartridge, tap temp and expression pedal input. It's a big pedal but is something you can put on the floor, I have a few tape echo units but they are boxes that I usually have to put on top of an amp. It has a DC motor, small tape cartridges and a probable street price of $600 - $700. There is very little about it on their page, but I spoke to them for a few about it at the show and it seemed to be very well thought out and built strong.

    Looks promising: [IMG]

That far out with no working unit to play with?

In the software world we call that "Vaporware". I hope they put it out but it's way too soon to get excited about it....
