How much should I expect to pay for a Custom Shop Fender Nocaster -- say one made in the last few years? With case, COA, etc. Thanks.

GC had a sale last mo. for 1600. for NOS........normally about 500.00 more street price. Nocasters are RARELY on the used market and all of them are Custom Shop........just a fyi.

    1500-1750 is a good range.

Just curious to know why the Nocasters are rarely on the used market? Does that mean that one would be desirable if it were to appear on the market? I jumped on two of those GC Nocasters. They are both nice guitars. I am thinking of keeping just one but it is tempting to keep both. I am just trying to become educated about what my options are (for converting the guitar into cash) if I keep both. Much appreciated.

i think once you have one, it's hard to justify selling it. not saying they are the BEST necessarily, but they are fairly unique, and I think people tend to bond with them more than some geetars

1500-1900 is the right range with NOS and Closet Classics being less $ than the Relics. They can be found used.

Because once you own one they are hard to fault in any parameter measured.....sound, fit and finish, MoJo.......for me it is the quintessential Tele to own, if you're going to own 1 Tele it is the one to own.
