This is some serious level of playing. WATCH THE 2ND VIDEO TOO as the first one only shows part of the song.

I love how the artist is breaking it down into different levels. There are also tabs which apparently can be bought but they seem to have disappeared from his website for those who'd like to try their hand at doing it all.

EDIT : Seems like a lot don't even watch the 2nd vid. The 1st is a sample of the tune. The 2nd shows the full one.

It looks like his hands are occasionally put on fast forward. Just so quick and precise.

Of course most of us could play that stuff - the question is why?

Because it's beautiful, melodic, and is outside of the blues/rock realm? And I doubt anyone here would ever come close.

Oh, I don't know about that. There's over 180,000 members.

But, anyways, I like it a lot.

What was the real motivation of this thread? A pretence to insult the entire membership of the site?

No, not in hundred years I couldn't! But, to be honest, it doesn't sound all that appealing to me either. I'd much rather be Andy Timmons or one of the flamenco guys. Kudos for pulling it off though, it's high-level playing for sure.

This is beginner level playing here in TGPland. Man that aint nothin! Bet that guy can’t even play even play Deep Purple and nail those classic rock tones! Let’s hear him play some SRV.

Neat. I’d dial back the Reverb to about half. That’s just me.

Doesn’t look too difficult. The choppy video style makes it look more difficult than it really is.

I'm sure lots can play that. TGP is full of stud players with decades of experience.
