More and more I find wonderful sounds with the rack gear rather than pedals. I'm starting a guitar texture series on youtube. Here I used one piece of gear, the Lexicon MPX-1. Specifically I'm using a Hall reverb, with a dual delay in parallel. They are then summed into a fairly slow tremolo.

I think you get the idea on a laptop or a phone, but if you put on some headphones or even earbuds, I think you'll hear the stereoness of my idea. Its not that I will never use pedals, but it is fascinating that one piece of gear can bring this much in texture.
