Benderman57, I had an email from Bill on these guitars this morning.. They are classy and of great workmanship. I bet they won't last long. He has the Pink Paper down to a science.

It's been a long process to say the least but when he put his mind to it to get it right he wasn't going to settle. These look fantastic with lots of texture. They jump right out at you in person.

Haven't seen a Pink Paisley one in person but if my other 2 Crooks are any indication, I am sure they are the best ones ever. My Crook Esquire is my go-to at all times, Bill is a great guy, knows guitars and builds them right.

This was the one I got. i was concerned that I wouldn't be happy with the amount of yellowing going on, and should place a build order. I eventually caved. If I would have ordered I would have ordered one like this, but maybe slightly less aged?
Has anyone tried the t60 in the bridge?
I have a t59 in my other crook and love it.

I have the T60 in my Paisley Crook, I like it a lot. Maybe a little less bite than the other pickups but still great sounding. I like the yellow aging on the one you bought, I think it really sets it off. You will love it. Congrats

I am on the list for one of these (or at least will be once I send him a check next week) - talked to Bill about buying the Esquire, but eventually decided I would be happier with a custom build. He is going to model the neck on my 58 Strat. Bill is a great guy.

.....the only issue is the 12 month wait - that is why I'm buying a paisley LSL to tide me over!

I also have a T60 in one of my two Paisley Crooks. Mines got plenty of bite. They both sound Great.
