Cuffs only work with 5 inch wide paisley ties.

Cuffs. If for no other reason that the added weight of the rolled up material helps your trousers to drape properly.

If you're getting cuffs, you need a puffy shirt.

I bought a suit a year or so ago. I was told by the dude at Men's Wearhouse that cuffs are out...FWIW. I like them.

No Lambo (can't get them with a proper manual gearbox any longer), but cuffs on suit pants for sure.

Cuffs. No dude at Men's Wearhouse is going to convince me otherwise.

No cuffs, no pleats. Go for the streamlined look.

EDIT: Iintially thought of cufflinks. No cuffs. They are an outdated style.

If no pleats on the pants, no cuffs. If they have pleats, I prefer cuffs but either way is ok.

Cuffs, so that you have a handy place to store business cards while you're walking from one meeting to another. It makes sense of you really ,really think about it. Well, maybe not.

If I'm in a suit, cuffs were probably involved in the events preceding.

(OK that's actually ********. I just thought it sounded good and I've never even been arrested.)

Admittedly ambiguous, but I think suggests cuffs:

Cuffs are out of style right now as are pleats. If your suit is streamlined and tapered and pants sans pleats then definitely no cuffs. If you have a traditional cut suit with pleated pants then you can pull cuffs off. Depends on look. Have a nice break in the pant with your cuff though.

Absolutely no cuffs. You want a clean, uninterrupted vertical silhouette from your legs into your feet. Even shoe laces need to be kept tidy so as not to break the lines. And also please, unless you are tryin' to get Tom Robinson off of a rape charge, no pleats!
