Curious about the Neural DSP plug-ins interfacing.

Hi all,

I am very interested in the Archetype: Plini plug-in. The only thing keeping me from exploring my curiosity is that I have a cheap interface. Is it a waste to buy a nice plug-in but use a cheap interface?

My mini recording set up: MacBook Pro with Logic- Focusrite 2i2- JBL 308 monitors.
I usually record direct with an HX Stomp but I want to explore other “in the box” options.

The critical factor is the interface's Round Trip latency.
With real-time plugins, the so called "zero latency monitoring" is useless

IMHO the HX Stomp you already have is the best sounding guitar interface you can get!

If your Focusrite can achieve a lower RT latency than the HX Stomp, just choose the Focusrite as output and the Stomp as input device in Logic.
