Cusack "More Louder" and now the "Louder".....

there's precious little info on TGP about the "More Louder" pedal and now Cusack has a "Louder" version of the pedal that's really piqued my interest.

anyone have any experience with either of these pedals and care to share?

its a switchless version of the Cusack Screamer Fuzz pedal....basically a Cusack Screamer with a Fuzz Knob instead of a tone knob. so essentially you can combine fuzz and OD sounds or have just an OD or just a fuzz. the clips i heard sounded amazing, so i thought i'd try it out! plus the Scruzz version is the same pedal in a smaller encloser, and cheaper. It's an always ON pedal, so basically you use it with a true bypass pedal board looper. Cusack makes an awesome one called the Pedal Board Tamer; but I've had the Providence PEC-2 for awhile now and its great too! i've also got a cusack Tap tempo to control my Chrono Delay and it works perfectly!

Past Mac Genius here. I think you are still able to get the cracked keyboard/top assembly replaced on your black macbook. Take it in. It's a known issue.

its great! i really like it, its a very quiet and sturdy switch. ive never had a pedal with that kind of switch before. it kind of looks like a nipple and is obviously spring loaded. it works perfectly for my delay pedal!

hah! great observation! yeah...its even worse on the left side of the keyboard! so, i can just take it into an apple store??

Yeah, just make a genius bar appointment and show them your computer. When I worked there a lot of people came in with the issue, I think it was an issue with the material it was made out of. We would take it in back and usually fix it that day or the next so you might be apart from you computer for a day or two.

I can't guarantee they are still doing this, but when I worked there we replaced a lot of them. Maybe call and set up the appointment and ask if they are still doing the replacement.

i run two more louders on my board. they are great. my clean tone is always at least my barber tone press and the more louder. through my swart ast pro, there is no better sound IMO!

i stack the second more louder after overdrive for a lead boost. GREAT pedals.

the louder is the always on version of the more louder, for use with a looper or thier pedal board tamer, which is also amazing.

Thanks for the report collaborate! I plan on mainly using mine for the buffer, as well as an occasional solo boost. Sounds like it will work well for that!
