This is my first attempt, so be kind!
I wanted a small tube amp for rehearsals and small gigs, so I bought a secondhand LC15 off the bay.
The amp sounded OK but the stock HH speaker was blah, and the cabinet build quality was :puh .
So I went about making my own!
Sorry I don't have step-by-step photos, I didn't have access to a camera at the time. These are done on my son's phone.

    The Doner.
    Awww!

I bought a sheet of birch ply fom a local place, they didn't have 3/4" ply so I bought 1/2" and glued it together.
Yes, this cabinet is an inch thick!
I don't have router, so everything is done with a drill and a jigsaw.

I bought a '76 Blackback and some purple levant off the bay and.....Tada!

    What do you think?
I made some mistakes mostly 'cause I rushed things.

    Here are some sound clips.
These are raw - no reverb or noise gate.
    Please excuse the playing.

    1. Clean - Single coil bridge

    2. Cleanish - Single coil neck

    3. Crunch - Humbucker bridge

    4. Lead - Humbucker bridge

All clips tone controls wide open.
    No pedals, just varying gain.

Nice work and good plan on putting that vent in the top of cab to cool the tubes.

So how does the new little combo sound?
