Just got the 28.6" scale Kronbauer maple jumbo on the right. Plays nicely. I might need to experiment with other strings. The D'Addario EXP baritone strings tuned to B-B are ok, but I feel like I might be able to do better.
I need to sit down with my camera, take better photos, and learn how to use Flikr.
I want another Kauer, Another Thorn, an Artinger, a Asher, another RS Guitarworks, a charvel...an EBMM...a DGT Standard..a...a...a...
Gonna be happy with what i have right now.
Brian at IO Guitars is a genius I guess should be ready in the next couple of months. Christmas is going to be special this year!
I've wanted this guitar since '92.
I've ordered a new DGT a few weeks ago....
It's a custom DGT, so should be pretty cool.
I have a separate thread on this but would like to share this one here..
In shipping and enroute to me...
I ordered a new Tom Anderson T Icon...due in Jan 2018...
Ken Lawrence Arcatta II, scheduled for completion by year-end.
Yaron 54 S type...
I've got two inbound, a T-style from DNA guitars, Fralin PAF in the bridge and a Fralin mini-hum in the neck. Next is a chambered (no f-hole) T-style from Agape that will be visually different, the top wood is a spalted maple with holes and all kinds of "character marks" that Rich is going to figure out how to handle. Two different humbuckers in that one from McNelly.
I have this Tele incoming from Maine luthier Laurent Brondel...
Chihoe Hahn Tele inbound within a week or so.
Should look something like this when done except my sides will be off white.
Classic Lentz. Look at the "eyes" by the middle rout. IMHO, an uber-cool one-piece lightweight ash body. Looks like three different pieces of wood - as if the grain is interrupted in the middle and then falls off the bass side of the body.
Will look spectacular under that killer Lentz MK finish.
killer guitar. I have one that is almost identical. the middle p90 is a thing of beauty. incredible tone. what kind of switching do you have? I have two 25.5 scale guitars that have a middle p90 and I use the middle pickup by itself a lot.
The pickup switching is as below. Diverse sound you can get just by playing with the pickups and the volume/tone
Tone control in the down position.
2- Middle and bridge in Parallel
4- 5- Middle and neck in Parallel
Tone control in the up position,
1- Neck and bridge in series
2- Neck and bridge in series with middle in parallel
4- Middle and neck in Parallel
I use the middle on its own quite a fair bit as well.
Five to six years ago I sold my Klein and have missed it since. Chris Forshage is building an Orion for me which will remedy the situation. I'm looking forward to getting an ergonomic guitar back into the house.

Those look like lady-lumps. Sweet
Nothing and dare I say pretty dang happy as is. Heck I need to sell a few or more (they are all so good to me) and get down to 4'ish.
Doesn't mean there aren't a whole bunch on my list that I would love to have built by some of the greatest builders around. That particular list way too long to even begin to start mentioning names.
