After seeing the Roger Waters show the other night, I've really curious to see what he's using this tour. I have the pics from the Dark Side tour, but I'm sure it's been updated since then. John Suhr says Dave is using a Riot currently.

Is Dave still using Cornford amps? Whatever he's using his tone was very very good live.

When I saw the show, he was definitely still using his Cornfords.

Here's his own gear page, but it hasn't been updated since 2008 (although it includes the Suhr guitars, so it may be more recent actually):

I assume he is still using the Cornfords and some of his other pedals from 2008. A member over at the Gilmour Gear forum talked to him at a recent Wall show and apparently he uses the TopTone DG-2 pedal for most of the solos now. The DG-2 is a spin off of the Pete Cornish G-2.

I noticed you just joined and this is your first post. Are you from Brunetti?

In the Eventide vid it seems he is using the Mark 6L6, not EL34 Mercury. So which is it? Are the amps any different apart from powertubes?

No it's a mistake ... he's using Mercury amps, like from the pic. Mark has 6L6 but a different preamp design also. More defined with a little less gain tones

Here is a pic of Dave's Wall board.

I see a Suhr Riot, TopTone DG-2, EVH Flanger, Boss CE-5 Chorus Ensemble, Boss TU-2 Chromatic Tuner, PSM-5 Power supply & master switch. Not sure about the volume pedal and the other one beside it.

Really nice videos. Thanks for the link. Looks like Dave has the TopTone DG-1 on the board in that vid, not the DG-2.

Dave says Olmar (guy from TopTone pedals) is from Spain. He is actually in Brazil.

I emailed Olmar at TopTone and he comfirmed he did send Kilminster both a DG-1 and DG-2. What we are seeing in those vids are two almost identical pedal boards for the Wall show. Gilmour had a couple of duplicate boards for The original Wall shows too.

great vids. i dig how tickled he is with the eventide timefactor. totally like a kid with a new toy. wish it was my experience with that pedal, but alas. . . it was not to be. still, it is fun watching him talk about it with so much enthusiasm.
