I can't wait for the album and tour. On an Island was a good album.

Wow tix start at 45 euros for some shows. Seats for the Island tour started at over $200 (I had to go to Ohio or Indianapolis to see him.). I would go for a reasonable price.

No U.S. dates, but I'm hoping.

Yup I'm giddy about this. I think OaI is easily in my top two solo floyd records.

    So few dates?

What is this, a 3-hour tour?

Calm down, this is just the first leg of the tour. I'm sure there'll be lots and lots of US shows.

Save me a seat if he comes to the U.S.

I'm hoping for a US Date near me too. I missed him last time around, but won't make that mistake again (within reason anyway).

There are US dates posted now.

But not many - 10 shows in 4 cities?

Gilmour has already said it would be an "old man's tour", ie not many shows.

He's 69, so I think the days of 200 show tours are likely behind him.

Can't wait to hear the new record. We should have a release date very soon...

    NME has some sketchy details...
