David Peel "Who Killed Brian Jones" is magnificent

So, I woke up this morning singing this song, which I knew from this movie:


Turns out, the guy singing the song in the movie is David Peel, the musician that wrote it and performed it originally in 1968:


While reading his discography, I saw he released an album called "King of Punk Rock" in 1978, which seemed like a bit of a musical shift. I checked out the album and there is an eleven minute long song called Who Killed Brian Jones? That's not very punk rock, I thought!
How wrong I was! It's eleven minutes of almost Stooges primitive bashing with some catchy lyrics about Brian Jones. Check it!
