Recommend one of the four.. I'm looking for a simple no non-sense great effect.
    Please, Think Gilmour's sound....
These four seem to meet the criteria.

Analog, digital? Im liking the DD20 for a simple delay that gives you a good taste of a lot of delay Sounds.

^^^^^ Yeah, the Boss DD-20 is a very nice sounding and versatile delay.Another delay that sounds great [especially with some gain] is the new Vahlbruch SpaceTime Delay.I bought mine a few weeks ago and I'm loving the way it sits with my guitar/amp's base tone.

Check out Kit Raes site. He uses the Nova and is heavily influenced by Gilmour. I have the Nova and love it because it has the digital readout. I also have the Wampler Faux Tape and its one of my favorite delays of all. Very underrated! Be sure to check out the Boss DD2.

I love the dd20...only downfall for live use is not being able to bank up and down...a dl4 could probably get you similar results, plus it has a wider range of sounds

I bought a Wampler Faux Tape echo.. It should do what I expect along side my DD3.
I have always been a fan of two pedals for delay and echo effects.

ARDX20. It's the closest effect to those listed I have experience with. Sorry. For what you're after, though, you have many more choices. How about El Capistan?

The MLjr is the most organic digital delay I've ever played and it's not trying to emulate anything (fake tape, fake analog). It's just a great-sounding device that's simple to use.

    Yep.

Don't forget that Gilmour used lots of digital delay later on (The Wall, for example). So if you're looking for something that can run the gamut of his delay tones, you should get something that can cover tape delay tones and clear digital delays.

That rules out everything on your list except maybe the TC, which I'm not overly familiar with. I know it can do modulation, but I'm not sure how tapelike it is.

I used to own the Faux Tape Echo and while it sounds great, it is definitely not a clean delay, so forget about getting close to Another Brick in the Wall (Pt 1) type tones with it (or the Faux Analog Echo).

I've also had El Capistan (not on your list, I know), which I'd say can get the closest to clean digital delay sounds of all the tape sims I've tried. If you put it on high tape speed settings and set the tape age, wow/flutter, and tape crinkle all to minimum, it's pretty clear, but still not digital clear.

I think that pedal is made in China for him.. I'd have to pass on that one.
    Thanks...
