Delay pedal with presets...

I've just watched an EHX video on the GC and it doesn't seem to be able to recall presets on the fly; In fact, they didn't cover that aspect at all, but I couldn't see anything on the pedal that indicated you could do that.

The Echosystem is one but, as you say, it's expensive. However, I do have a Boss MD-500 I never seem to use I could use as a partial trade.

No, but you can hook up a simple external switch to access presets.

I make a beasty pedal that fits those parameters. The Eccos has 3 presets and can do a slappy roomish 'reverb' if you set for short delay times. Has a looper in it too!

Yes, they are. Press and hold to scroll through either 4 or 8 presets.

Every patch has the ability to add reverb and delay I had it and the DD500 since they came out but recently dumped the DD500.
