Delay pedals with the jacks on the back?

i'm slowly assembling an old skool (meaning, in this case, 70s/early 80s) style board and have found myself accumulating pedals with the jacks on the back.

wah, phaser, fuzz and so on all have this happening.

are there any current delay pedals built like this? i don't need tap tempo or programmability or even stereo outs and 1,000ms or a bit less is plenty for my needs.

apart from Strymon's offerings (huge overkill and beyond my budget) i seem to be drawing a blank.

what's out there?

i haven't seen a NIB Guyatone Micro Series pedal since i bought my ST-2 compressor years ago. sounds good to me but i'm always worried i'm gonna squish the little bugger!

i should mention, my price point is around $100 and it has to be a current production pedal.

Ouch! Hard to find a $100 modern production delay at all. Let alone one with rear jacks. The Mooer Ana Echo, and Red Witch Seven Sisters Violet are the only delays in that range I know of. Both have side jacks.

with all those criteria ($100, top jacks, simple, around 1000ms), i can assure you the pedal you seek doesn't exist.

the closest ones you'll see are the Mooer, Seven Sisters, and maybe a Danelectro Reel Echo.

Jack DeVille Dark Echo. Small profile (MXR sized enclosure), excellent delay. $135 if interested.

their own demo video apparently shows that the repeats fuzz out in an ugly way, tho. :(

AHHHHHHH!!!! Now quality is a concern? :bonk You never mentioned that.

Way huge Aqua Puss/Echo Puss/Supa Puss.

The Puss is $149, that's over the OP's budget. :mmm

OK, is this the Emporium? These are $219+ new, though. Not a bad deal. As long as jnepo1 isn't a Nigerian Prince....;)

You're gonna have to buy used if Red Witch doesn't do it for ya. Or up the budget a tad.

Those are front jacks not rear (back) jacks.

Six String, get with the times. Jack DeVille dropped the price on the Dark Echo about 6 months ago to $179. He has since discontinued the Dark Echo, last time I checked his website. I believe he was selling the rights/designs to it as well as his Clickless, True-Bypass switch.
