deluxe reverb users - bass setting at high volumes?

    just wondering if any of you set it at 1 or even zero on the dial, when overdriving the amp.

    The bass on my '66 is always at zero.

    As you turn the volume up, turn the bass down.

    +1, this also for almost all other amp out there. the more volume the more bass you will get. at least on a tube amp ;)

    Every vintage Fender I've had has always had the bass between 0 and 2.Never above 2.

    With a very spanky tele.

    You've really got to lay off the bass with a bottom-heavy humbucker guitar--at any volume.
