Deluxe Tweed in Axe Fx is an excellent amp.

The AxeFx has goten great at mimicing the guitar knob roll off effect on an amp...

This clip is one patch. Simple amp and cab no FX with just the input Drive at 10 and Treble at 10 on the Deluxe Tweed. Guitar volume at about 4-5 in intro.

I could play this patch/sound all night. Not everyone's favorite sound, but its good to be able to get these kind of sounds from a modeler.

Yes, I love it with both single coils and humbuckers.

It is a somewhat "idealized" version of the amp. There's no way you can play a real Tweed Deluxe with the volume dimed. It becomes a buzzy, overly compressed, farting mess... I remember Cliff saying in a thread back when the TD amp model was added that he did some things to make it more usable and not quite true to the original.

Fantastic. Love it. And that's why I own the Axe FX. Killer amp models. Everything else is bonus.
