They're very very nice, very crazy, very lovely pedals. What questions do you have about them? Any specific pedal you're looking into. One of the fuzzes, or the boosts?

Probably the Hyperion
That's a nice pedal. Pretty much think a Super-powered Big-Muff. The lower powered settings are smooth and muffy, by as you turn that thing up...it's heavy and scary and everything that is good about Devi's stuff.

They're super-fun and crazy fuzz pedals. That's really all you need to know. I owned a Bit Mangler and a US Fuzz, but sold both in a purge a while back. Now I'm hunting for some more and I think a Disaster is in my near future.

I owned a White Spider and a Shoegazer, which I likewise gave up in a big purge earlier this year.

They really are great sounding, well made fuzzes that can cover traditional fuzz terrain and also take the user into levels of massive sonic wonder or destruction.

As Nels Cline so eloquently put it:

"The White Spider is a two-tiered, ornery yet totally classic screaming fuzzbox that has massive gain without sacrificing either scrumptious or supremely lacerating tones. It goes from 60s psychedelia damage to Stooges-esque plundersquall in the blink of an eye. Tell me that you can live without a White Spider! Once again, Devi Ever has created a Pandora's box of sonic pandemonium that inspires mayhem and madness, simultaneously poetic and perverse. Kudos and huzzahs!" - nels

I've got the Shoegazer, it's a good over the top saturated gain fuzz sound.

It's actually an overdrive.

(hope it's okay to post in this thread)

Not without full disclosure of your affiliation with the company.;)

I had a Soda Miser and VFM yellow. Both very cool, traded off for other things but still interested in a few other Devi's, the Hyperion and LP especially.

I have the torn's peaker fuzz. the ooh la la version. it can go from classic buzzy saturated laid back type fuzz to MASSIVE avalanche of fuzz. the self oscillating switch is cool too. I have been using mine in the effects loop of my delay with very usable results.

Very well priced pedals but build quality can be poor (all taped up with electrical tape and spaghetti wiring) and they don't sound that great IME!

I have a custom circuited/painted Shoegazer and dig it. I had the Cherry Pop tone control added on both sides. It covers a lot of dirt bases and has gain to spare.
