Did FedEx lose my guitar?

I was suppose to receive a guitar I bought last week today. It didn't come in the morning, so I went ahead and tracked it to double check. Looks like it's been in Reno for 4 days. Did they lose it? I called them and they told me if it isn't there by Thursday to call and file a claim. Have any of you ever had this problem?

    Thanks
    Thomas

My problems with UPS "losing" my Chapin Stratahoula are well-documented on TGP. But the bottom line is: the tracking system means nothing. They can type in whatever they want and it doesn't have to correspond with reality. But I hope your situation is just a ground delay.

One of the other issues is you have to sign for certain guitars (if the value is over a cetain amount)....It may be possible that you had to sign and the driver made some errors in the handheld devise. Hope it shows up somewhere for you

Fed Ex Ground lost a Les Paul for about 6 weeks.

    They're not MY delivery service.

An elvis impersonator in the desert just needed that Guild for his Scotty Moore impersonator for a few days before tossing it back on the truck, no worries! Glad to hear it's ok!
