Difference between Cmat mods signa comp and compressor

The title says it all. Any comments?

Btw, i've tried the dlx signa comp and i like it very much n im probably gona get it but i just wanted to know what the difference between these 2 comps are.

Couldnt find much online except that the comp is based on a ross.

I may have just always e-mailed him at opportune times, but he has always gotten back to me within 24 hours I believe.
