different gauge string? Fenders vs Gibsons

I've been using 10-46 for a while.
and they feel great on my PRS and Gibson les paul.

but when I play my tele the string feel a bit stiffer.

do any of you put a lighter gauge on your fender's to match the different scale ?

I'm usually a Fender player so I go with a heavier gauge string on my 24.75" guitars to compensate.

- 25.5" scale: .11-.50
- 24.75" scale - .12-.52

Plus I go the Jeff Golub/Danny Gatton get rid of the middle string 'hump' route …
keeping my 3rd string at 15 no matter what gauge ..
