Can any tell me about the dyna ranger, ive been thinking of getting hold of a rangemaster clone/type unit for a while .

Im torn between the dynaranger , a D A M red rooster and a Champ Treboost
(the bloke who makes these has fixed an amp for be before, lives about 10 mins from me and is a nice guy heres the link www.chambonino.com/construct/const14.html) .

Im more interesting in the D A M and the Treboost because there local to me but the Dynaranger looks interesting. Can anyone out there help me

The Dynaranger is great. It has tons of output on tap. The 5 position switch is nice if you don't want it to "bite" as much, or are going for a more Tony Iommi bass heavy sound. It has great tones in between too. I imagine you'll save a bundle over the RR and I don't think there is a wait list for the DR. I sold mine but wish I still had it sometimes. I hope that was helpful.

Check the Phoenix Ranger treble booster. Same control as the RR. It is awesome. I sold my Dynaranger when I got hold of it. Yes, it's more "predictable" but still does the intended sound.
